Journey Community Church exists to:

model the life and love of Jesus Christ!

Scripture tells us that Jesus left His church with the mission of making disciples that make disciples.  Therefore, we believe the best way for Journey Community Church to accomplish His mission is to:

• Edify the Church – We are called to instruct and encourage one another in the faith.  We take seriously the responsibility of developing spiritual habits that will help us grow deep in love with Jesus Christ.

• Evangelize the World – We will not grow deep with Jesus without becoming concerned with the things that concern Him.  The mission of Jesus is reaching those far from Him and offering them the life changing message of the gospel.  The church is to be the hands and feet of the gospel.   We must continue the mission until either everyone is saved or Jesus comes back.  Go!

          (Journey in a nutshell)   We are a community of messed up people who are embracing the gospel as the centerpiece of our lives.  God is radically changing us more and more into the image of Jesus as we daily study and surrender to His word and will.  We desire to make much of Jesus in everything we do.
